However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Data may be stored securely using third-party infrastructure providers. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Data Retention Policy:
Form Submissions & Candidate Data: Personal data, work history, and resume inputs submitted via our forms (processed through Fillout and Make.com) are retained only as long as necessary to generate and deliver your documents. Form responses are automatically purged from our temporary staging workflows after 30 days.
Generated Documents: Download links and rendered PDFs (stored via PDFMonkey) remain accessible for up to 14 days to allow redownloads before being permanently deleted from our temporary storage queues.
Transactional Records: Payment confirmation tokens (processed securely via Airwallex) and basic account invoice history are retained as required by financial tax laws (typically up to 6–7 years).
7. Third-Party Services
CloudJem may use third-party providers to operate its service including: AI service providers (for text generation). Automation tools (e.g. Make or similar integrations). Hosting and infrastructure providers. Payment processors such as Stripe/Airwallex (when enabled). Email delivery services. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

AI Processing: OpenAI LLC (data passed to AI APIs is used solely for text generation and not for training model weights).
