1. Service Description

CloudJem provides an automated software system that utilizes artificial intelligence to generate personalized curriculum vitae (CVs), cover letters, and interview preparation guides based on user-provided inputs.

2. Accounts, Subscriptions, Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Pricing & Tiers: CloudJem offers various service tiers (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise Unlimited). The fees, features, and limits of each plan are detailed on our website at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Airwallex. By submitting payment information, you authorize CloudJem and Airwallex to charge the specified subscription or one-time fee in your selected currency (GBP, USD, EUR, etc.).

  • Immediate Service Fulfillments: Due to the real-time API compute and generation costs incurred upon submitting a request, all sales are final once document processing has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer law.

  • Immediate Digital Service Fulfillment: CloudJem provides customized digital content that is generated and delivered immediately upon form submission. By submitting your request, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation once generation has commenced.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Due to the direct third-party infrastructure and AI processing costs incurred for each request, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Exceptions & Service Errors: If a technical error occurs on our end (e.g., payment was charged but no documents were generated or sent due to a system failure), please contact contact@cloudjem.com within 14 days. We will investigate and, at our discretion, either re-issue your documents or process a full refund via Airwallex.

  • Chargebacks & Disputes: Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through your bank without contacting support first will result in immediate termination of access and permanent blacklisting of your email/domain across our system.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use CloudJem.

3. AI Output Disclaimer & User Responsibilities

  • No Guarantee of Results: CloudJem uses advanced artificial intelligence (including models provided by OpenAI) to assist in drafting professional materials. However, we do not guarantee job placements, interviews, employment offers, or career outcomes.

  • Accuracy of Inputs and Outputs: AI outputs are generated dynamically based on information you provide. AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or stylistic errors ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and verifying all generated documents prior to submitting them to prospective employers.

  • Ownership of Generated Content: As between you and CloudJem, you retain ownership of the personal data you submit and the final documents generated for your personal use.

4. Prohibited Uses, Conduct & System Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory career information.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, automatedly extract, or bypass any security or payment mechanisms of CloudJem, Fillout, Make.com, or our third-party partners.

  • Resell or redistribute access to your CloudJem account or generated materials as a competing service.

  • Fraudulent Information: Use the Service to generate false, fraudulent, or deceptive career history, credentials, or credentials misrepresenting yourself to potential employers or legal authorities.

  • Prompt Engineering & Reverse Engineering: Attempt to extract, copy, reverse-engineer, or scrape our proprietary system prompts, workflow logic, Make.com scenario routines, or software code.

  • Automated Scraping & Bots: Access the Service via automated means (bots, scrapers, automated scripts) to submit requests or bypass paywalls.

  • API Abuse & Reselling: Resell, lease, sublicense, or offer CloudJem's output generation capabilities as a third-party agency, micro-service, or white-labeled tool without explicit written permission.

  • Malicious Inputs: Submit malicious code, scripts, prompt injection attacks, or abusive/unlawful content into form fields intended to manipulate underlying AI models.

  • Violation of Third-Party Terms: Use the Service in any manner that violates the Acceptable Use Policies of our partners (OpenAI, Airwallex, Fillout, or PDFMonkey).

CloudJem reserves the right to immediately cancel access, reject submissions, and retain paid fees for any user found violating these terms.

5. Third-Party Infrastructure & AI Processing

To deliver the Service, CloudJem integrates with trusted third-party technology providers, including Fillout (form collection), Make.com (workflow automation), OpenAI (AI generation), PDFMonkey (document rendering), Zoho (email delivery), and Airwallex (payment processing). By using CloudJem, you acknowledge that your data will be processed through these providers in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • CloudJem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, employment opportunities, or goodwill.

  • In no event shall CloudJem’s total cumulative liability exceed the total amount paid by you to CloudJem in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

  • Employment outcomes

  • Decisions made based on generated content

  • Service interruptions or technical issues

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service (or update pricing) at any time. We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for temporary downtime caused by third-party API outages (e.g., OpenAI, PDFMonkey, or hosting providers).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (or applicable EU regulations for European Union residents). Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to CloudJem if these Terms are violated.
