1. Service Description
CloudJem is a software platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate CVs, cover letters, and job application materials based on user-provided input. All outputs are digital and provided in downloadable or viewable format.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use CloudJem.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
All information you provide is accurate and lawful
You will not misuse, copy, or reverse engineer the platform
You will not attempt to disrupt or damage the service
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
CloudJem uses AI systems to generate content. While we aim for high-quality outputs:
We do not guarantee employment outcomes
We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of generated content
Employers may reject or interpret content differently
CloudJem is a tool to assist, not replace, user judgement.
5. Payments (Stripe Integration)
Some features of CloudJem may be offered as paid services in the future.
Payments will be processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds may not be provided once content has been generated, except where required by UK law.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the CloudJem platform, branding, and software remain the property of CloudJem. Users retain ownership of the content they input and the documents generated for personal use.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use CloudJem for unlawful purposes
Attempt to exploit or overload the system
Copy or resell the service without permission
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, CloudJem is not liable for:

10. Termination
